"Pretty easy overall, curious if others had the same"
I’ve been using Dallas Symphony Orchestra to manage my account, and it’s been smooth for the most part. Finding invoices and updating my info is straightforward, which I appreciate. I did run into one small issue where a setting wouldn’t save, but support got it fixed the next day. Not sure if anyone else has had that happen too, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it’s not perfect, but it works well enough for what I need.

Service was slow and it took longer than I expected. What annoyed me more was getting the same generic “sorry for the inconvenience” type of response instead of an actual explanation or update. Just felt a bit frustrating overall.

It makes budgeting easier, and more importantly, I don’t have to spend time calling support over some tiny billing issue that could have been avoided.

"Actually decent follow-up, which is suspiciously rare"
I messaged them once and, weirdly enough, they actually got back to me and kept me in the loop. No disappearing act, no pushy sales vibe, no corporate mind-control script. The follow-up was clear and chill, like they genuinely wanted to help. i kept waiting for the catch, but there didn’t seem to be one. I appreciated it.

I’ve been using mydso.com for a bit now, and the connection has been steady in the ways that matter. Pages open quickly, videos don’t sit there buffering, and I’m not constantly checking the router like I used to with my old provider.
It’s not like I’m claiming it never has a tiny hiccup, but even when things are usually busier, it holds up well enough for work calls and streaming at night. Setup was straightforward too, so overall I’ve been happy leaving it alone and not thinking about it much.

I ran into a little issue and reached out to mydso.com support, fully expecting to wait forever in the abyss. But to my surprise, they got back to me quickly. The person I spoke with was super nice and explained exactly what I needed to do without turning it into some complicated saga. I used mydso.com and it did what I needed without any major issues. Nothing really screamed unsafe to me, but something feels a bit off when there isn’t much clear info about how my data is stored or who can access it. I wouldn’t say I had a bad experience, and trust-wise it seems okay, but I wish they were more upfront about the privacy side of things. For me, it’s a 3-star experience.

I’ve been using mydso.com for a little while now, and it’s been helpful in my daily routine. The features feel practical instead of just being extra stuff I never touch, and the dashboard is simple enough to check things quickly without wasting time.
